Welcome to Radiant Refresh Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the residential, Airbnb turnover, and commercial cleaning services we provide.

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Radiant Refresh Services provides professional:

  • Residential Cleaning

  • One-Time Deep Cleaning

  • Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

  • Airbnb Turnover Cleaning

  • Commercial Cleaning

All services are subject to availability, scheduling confirmation, and these Terms of Service.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided through our website, by phone, email, or through our instant pricing system are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Instant pricing is designed to provide accurate estimates; however, final pricing may be adjusted if:

  • Property size differs from the information provided

  • Property condition requires substantially more work

  • Additional rooms or services are requested

  • Accessibility or safety concerns affect the scope of work

If an adjustment is necessary, we will explain the reason and obtain your approval before performing any additional work or applying additional charges.

3. Performance of Services

Radiant Refresh Services agrees to perform the services listed in your booking confirmation or approved quote.

Estimated arrival times are provided as a courtesy and may vary due to traffic, weather, prior appointments, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You are hiring Radiant Refresh Services as a company. We reserve the right to assign any qualified cleaning professional or team to perform your scheduled service.

If access to the property cannot be provided at the scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking and contact information.

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • Secure valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, and other sensitive belongings.

  • Notify us in advance of pets, alarm systems, gate codes, or special instructions.

  • Notify us of any hazards, construction, remodeling, mold, pest infestations, biohazards, or unsafe conditions.

  • Ensure electricity and running water are available during the service.

Radiant Refresh Services reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or materially different from those disclosed during booking.

5. Scope of Services

Unless specifically quoted or agreed upon in writing, our standard cleaning services do not include:

  • Biohazard cleanup

  • Mold remediation

  • Hoarding cleanup

  • Pest or insect infestation cleanup

  • Exterior window cleaning

  • Pressure washing

  • Heavy construction debris removal

  • Hazardous materials

  • Repairs or maintenance services

Move-in/move-out cleanings are intended for vacant or substantially empty properties unless otherwise agreed.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

Customers may reschedule or cancel an appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Residential customers who cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any prepaid service fees.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments where our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled service time, may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Radiant Refresh Services reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its sole discretion in cases of emergency or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Payments

Residential services booked through our instant booking system are charged in full at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Commercial cleaning services are generally quoted first. Payment terms for commercial services will be outlined in the applicable service agreement or invoice.

By scheduling a service, you authorize Radiant Refresh Services to charge the payment method provided for:

  • Scheduled cleaning services

  • Applicable taxes

  • Approved additional services

  • Cancellation fees

  • Returned payment fees

Returned payments, declined transactions, insufficient funds, chargebacks, or failed electronic payments may result in a $35 returned payment fee, in addition to any outstanding balance.

Radiant Refresh Services reserves the right to suspend future services until outstanding balances have been paid in full.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will review your concerns and, when appropriate, may schedule a complimentary touch-up visit.

Requests received after 24 hours may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the concern.

9. Safety

The safety of our customers and cleaning professionals is our highest priority.

Radiant Refresh Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions pose a safety risk, including but not limited to:

  • Active pest infestations

  • Biohazards

  • Mold requiring remediation

  • Dangerous animals

  • Illegal activity

  • Structural hazards

  • Any condition that places our staff at unreasonable risk

10. Damage & Liability

Radiant Refresh Services is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improperly installed fixtures

  • Defective furniture or household items

  • Damage resulting from conditions beyond our reasonable control

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or requiring special care

Customers should remove or secure valuable, fragile, sentimental, or irreplaceable items prior to service.

If you believe damage occurred during service, please notify us within 24 hours so the matter can be reviewed promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Refresh Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Website Use

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of Radiant Refresh Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or otherwise use website content without prior written permission.

Users may not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation or security of our website.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Changes to These Terms

Radiant Refresh Services reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Any updates will become effective upon posting to this page with a revised effective date.
