• Microwave cleaned (interior and exterior)

• Bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, and cabinet fronts

• Dusting of furniture and accessible surfaces

• Vacuuming and mopping of all accessible floors

• Doors, light switches, and handles wiped and sanitized

• Trash emptied and liners replaced

• Standard pet hair removal from accessible floors and furniture

• Accessible blinds lightly dusted

Need more than routine maintenance? Our One-Time Deep Cleaning includes all of the above plus additional detail work such as baseboards, ceiling fans, light fixtures, door frames, cobweb removal, detailed vacuuming, and more. Optional add-on services—including Detailed Blind Cleaning, Interior Windows, Inside Refrigerator, Inside Oven, Inside Cabinets & Drawers, and Excessive Pet Hair Treatment—can also be selected during booking.

Yes. Unlike many cleaning companies, our one-time cleanings are always deep cleans rather than standard maintenance cleanings.

A deep clean provides extra attention to areas that accumulate buildup over time, creating a fresh starting point for your home. If you decide to schedule recurring service afterward, future visits focus on maintaining that high standard while benefiting from discounted recurring pricing.

Our online pricing is based on a home in average condition. If your home requires substantially more time due to excessive buildup, heavy clutter, or conditions outside normal maintenance, we'll discuss any additional charges with you before performing the extra work. There are never any surprise charges.

Your payment is securely processed when you complete your booking using our encrypted payment system. If additional services are requested after booking or additional work is approved during the appointment, any additional charges will always be discussed with you before they are applied.

Yes. We bring professional-grade cleaning products and equipment for every appointment.

If you have preferred cleaning products—such as pet-safe, child-safe, eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or allergy-sensitive products—you're welcome to provide them, and we'll gladly use them during your cleaning. Just let us know before your appointment so we can accommodate your request.

No. Many of our clients provide a door code, lockbox, garage access, or another secure entry method. If you prefer to be home, that's perfectly fine too.
